Group the monster bags (Demons Algox, etc.) put each group in a bigger ziplock bag. Store the map tiles in an accordion file. Problem solved!

I included the folded space insert with my pledge and got it put together right away ... and was not impressed. I was considering getting an insert from Laserox but eventually opted for one by E-raptor. Hopefully it doesn't take 2 months to get here.

The laserox one is really good. But tbh just buy a $5 accordian folder from an office supply store and put the map tiles in there and most of your problems are solved.

This is one reason I dumped Gloomhaven (that and I was just never going to get through 100+ sessions). Jaws of the Lion felt like a better time investment from an organization and completion standpoint. If Frosthaven had gone with a book-style map, I may have been more likely to consider it.

I mean... what's your suggestion really though? Even with the paid inserts, you still have to dig through layer upon layer to get to things, that's just the nature of a game that has 30lbs of content in a box that is "reasonably" sized.

Exactly. A lot of people moaning but wouldnt have a clue themselves about this and budgets etc. If the game box was bigger with more inserts then just double the already high price. They'd soon moan then

I built a foamcore insert for Gloomhaven and it works great. Cost me 5 bucks and some time.

Games should come with the inserts they need. You don't buy a car expecting to need to buy after-market seats do you?

With a game that got funded with so much money and was very expensive, he had money to hire some cultural person to review the texts but did not have one to think of an insert.

They did have an insert made. Twice in fact when the 1st company's CEO turned out to be an abusive creep. It just cost extra. Just buy a craft store organizer or get creative.

@@Heidelmann That is the problem, promoving you spend more money or have a bad experience with it. By coincidence or not Quackalope released a video about the two Frosthaven's Official Storage Options. All people don't need to be an insert in wood, it can also be a cheap one.
