thanks , in theory yes you can send them somewhere as scouts but the population number wil still count as 5, it is possible though to get no one left in the city , but you will have to let every one escape in every event when thy ask to escape, but your economy will suffer

Well, I mean, it was a pretty ballsy move - not to babysit a generator :P Honestly though, it's pretty hard to manage on extreme without prior knowledge of how these events work. I'd say this playthrough is an example of this being doable. Oh, and a big one: no extended shifts for the most part, no secondary outposts (besides steel one?). This is a bit insane :P

i think this was the second toughest challeng for refugees are still till today in my opinion the hardest one, i think i tried it only one or 2 times before i go for this one, if i remember correctly hope was not the biggest problem but the discontent , and steel too, therefore i think i didnt push to hard with extended shifts at the time

one more thing , i thing there is multible scenarios for this one, where some people take some children and go sek refuge in a cave at north west , but i dont remember exactly how to trigger this one

Yeah it was hard at the beginning, but steel is the most important, so i think the best way is to send the outpost to steel location as soon as possible, thanks but unfortunately i couldn't save the last 5

In my opinion the fall of winterhome is the second hardest scenario after the refugees

@@maxgaming-up6rl Why you have to standby your 1-4engeneers on Repair station?, It's nothing to repair or it's a trick or what.

@@theds4394 i believe when keep the minimal staff it takes less time to repair as if the generator was not staffed, not sure though to be honest
