Frosty Bivouac under the Loue Shelter

Frosty bivouac under the traditional Finnish Loue shelter. Making fire with birchbark, birch twigs and fatwood. Breakfast with bushcoffee and pancakes. Leave no trace (except for my stash of firewood and the shovel I found on the spot, lol).
Try and ignore the background noises. Belgium is not known for it's wild unspoilt wilderness, so I make do with what I find near where I live. You will notice a train rushing by in the background. I included that shot on purpose, to show that it is possible to have genuine Microadventure (term coined by ‪@al_humphreys‬ , check him out!) even if you live in an urbanised area.
