From a pacific islander who knows. Tip for un bled fish is to first char grill them on direct flames whole the flames changes it. Than using a fork add the pulled meat to your dish. Plus there's less waist and absolutely taste better. 😎👍

Hello Legends! Good to see the ole Nandji none too worse for wear and then you all out on the water again sailing. Next time you leave the boat for an extended time try wrapping the prop and prop shaft in a plastic bag and tie it off at the cutlass bearing. When you get back there will be little to no growth! If you would keep your knife really sharp and cut your fish from the gills to the tail and leave to attached at the tail you can carefully run your knife from the tail attachment toward the gills and that will give you a fillet with no skin attached
