Charles, how come you don't have thousands of subscribers?? Everybody needs to like, subscribe ,AND HIT THE BELL!! I just stumbled across your channel and you have some of the best videos I've ever seen! I can't wait to bake some of your cakes! Just subscribed and will tell everybody to come check you out. I'm a couple states away and, yep, you're right, it gets hot down here so this is a perfect dessert. I know my grandkids are going to love it!

I’m originally from Jacksonville, Florida, my grandmother my aunt and my mom was the Candy ladies, but my mom lives in New Jersey So they all made this delicious frozen treat, but to everyone in our areas this was called Doney Drippers very delicious Is a treat to watch you make them

I still don't understand why you have to cook the juice 😕

You cook the juice so that your sugar can dissolve

No need to cook juice. You just need room temperature water by the gallon, sugar and Koolaid. The room temperature water will help the sugar dissolve easily. I also squeeze lemon juice inside the pitcher of Koolaid. You may add fruit, gummy bears or Starburst. We call them frozen cups and huckabucks in NOLA🖤⚜️
