Frozen(locked)!!! bmw n54 engine!!! how to free up.

free up my bmw n54 engine stored in garage for 2 years with no oil and no spark plugs. rusted and locked would not turn over with all forces. cost effective 👌

Need some advice on my 2014 535 boss man engine locked up on me warranty wont cover if it looks like i ran it out of oil honestly im not too car savy but is there anything i could do to try and at least turn car on or make it seem like car has oil or it ran out of oil while sitting at mechanic not on my end please help if you can
