Such a rainy day. Leo is rocking his custom raincoat. If the river is as cold as you say, I wouldn't want to swim in it. When we were hiking the Great Divide Trail there was a group that decided to skinny dip in the glacial lake. They took a while to warm up after. That does look like a great place to stay.

That’s some cold water! I’ve been down that river in a 2 person kayak thing, in the middle of summer. After being dropped off , by the time I got down to the NOC… I was shaking. Didn’t even know I was cold, and it hit me hard. I was in front, so kept getting the brunt of the water. There’s a waterfall at the end you go over and got soaked!made it without turning over, but got soaked! I thought id that when I saw those people in the water… brrrr. They have some good pizza and food there. Id often go and watch the river when it’s busy in summer. Fun. Especially thst wasted all at the end where you have to come down.

I am wondering what kind of dog food you are using. I have stayed away from the dehydrated dog food because the weight savings was not great, and I think the calorie count is less. I don't know if this is actually true. I am wishing you and your four-legged friend well. I have always found endless rain the most difficult. Take care
