Nice video pal, jealous of the steak. In terms of frying pans I've got one of the 8 inch (you can get 10 inch ones too, don't giggle) sea to summit alpha pans. No complaints with it really. You're paying a lot for one though and really it's for the weight and packability with the folding handle.
