I'm Irish and we don't do pumpkin pie here. I remember trying it for the first time while doing my Baking and Pastry Arts degree. It's so odd! In saying that of course I love a lot of foods that people would associate with the US but unfortunately not that one. For clarity our lecturer for that baking session was American so we had a legit recipe.

I tried a sprouts pumpkin pie side by side with the Costco one and imo the sprouts one blows costcos away. Costco has a more pumpkin flavor while sprouts has a more pumpkin spice flavor.
