temp solution. rear heater box from a conversion van. they have a heater core and blower motor built in just connect to the coolant lines and feed the blower 12v.

Drop the steering column and pull the dash. You don't even have to pull it out of the truck, just up and out enough to get the hvac box out. You have a heated gayrage for crying out loud.
