When I tried the reset step, it didn’t work, it took me back to login over and over again, so what I did was, somehow I added my Samsung account while I was trying to reset, and I didn’t know it got added. Later when I lost all my hope I went back the start menu and clicked next next and after terms and conditions, the Samsung account lock was gone! Instead of that it had Google account and I input the same Google account which I used on Samsung account and it worked, so basically if the factory reset part of login doesn’t work, you can just manually add your Samsung account into your phone when u enter the settings, and just press back and exit everything to go back to start menu, it will ask for Google login and once u login, it will work. My phone is working right now

@@NETPROJECTS67890 well it worked for me buddy. Not sure if we have the same variant of the model, but keep trying, it would work, I have spent almost 2 years on that phone then it worked.
