FRS12 Build from scratch plans

The steps are shown to SDA meeting with slides building the Salt Boatworks FRS12 from the plans. The boat is a one person boat and can be used as a Stand Up paddle board or in my case to be used as a big Kayak. It was fun to build.
I also added modifications to handle my own personal size and conversion to use as a sit-on kayak.
