It's like a lot of computerized technology. Once you start thinking like the developers, it actually can become quite intuitive. A nice flow chart of Ethos control blocks would be nice though.

Thanks for sharing. Is there a way to make the radio read the text in sequence?. Currently if I move a 3 position switch from position 1 to 3, it will read only the speech for the middle position but not the third position, unless I wait till it finishes speaking in position 2 then I move the switch to the third position to hear its speech. In spektrum the radio will read both in sequence so I know the latest switch position.

Yes. In the systems menu, go to hardware. Then select switch settings. There is a way to select switch middle detect delay. Turn that up to about 80ms. That way it will ignore a quick pass through a switch position. Hope that’s what you’re looking for.

I discovered that this only happens with “text to read”, so I started using amber voice “play file” rather than “read text”, voice don’t overlaps now, and it go in sequence. Another topic please, I have been now for 2 days trying to activate throttle reverse and not successful. At first it was always on, then I made an esc calibration, now the correctly edf is blowing air (rather than sucking air), but I am still not able to set a thrust reverse. The quality of FRsky RS radio is superb, but i wish few things were more simple,, I am spending hours on the radio because i like it ,,, but not finding time to fly lately )) ! Same issue with the reflex gyro, i wasn’t able to make it acknowledge a 3 point switch easily. On spectrum i used to put it on any 3 position switch and it is done in a second . With FRsky it took me long of try and error playing with the pwm to have a 3 different setting working. Any idea how to fix these 2 issues? BTW, the aircraft is an FMS Viper 90mm. Thanks

Good news. The only way to fix my issue was downloading the predator esc 120A used by FMS, reset to factory settings (11 beeps, which are 2 long and 1 short), then activates thrust reverse (4 short beeps) and it worked. Thanks
