When it comes to servos, I'm extremely picky. The quality of a servo is important in any plane, but in extreme aerobatics and 3D flying, they can make all the difference during a flight.
Recently FrSky Steve told me about a new servo that was about to release, the Xact MD5301H, and asked me if I wanted to give them a try. I recently had a chance to test them out on my PilotRC 67" Extra NG and directly compare them to the Theta 989's I've been using on it.
In this video I talk about their specs and features, test them in flight and give my initial thoughts about them.
