Consider this my official acknowledgement that I dun goofed on the title of the Wizzrobe Highlight video called "Perfect Reads". To this day, that mistake doesn't haunt me. It was an honest mishap. What does still haunt me was when in high school I told my Drama teacher that I thought she was over 40... and she was 23. Yikes.

joseph it’s not just down throw tech chasing. His neutral and optimal follow ups after the tech chasing are satisfying. I even like the down throw tech chase because it’s so simple and optimal. Don’t get me wrong tho, I definitely prefer N0ne and S2J’s style of falcon but Wizzys is very unique and I like to appreciate all sides of melee

@@magicc1204 There are so many minute details to how he consistently maintains control in those tech chase/regrab situations though. Watch a dozen of them side by side, note the little things he does in his positioning that lead to him sealing the next grab. Watch how and when he mixes it up with an aerial, when he perfect shields (while recognizing the get-up attack started from the opposite end(because the character was laying on their back and he noticed)) or when he opts to CC. If you take note of all these things and still find his combos/punishes boring, then I leave you to your business~ o7

joseph Watching efficient, frame-perfect, optimal Falcon play is just downright beautiful. He has perfected Falcon’s strengths and, consequently, is brutally efficient. And his execution is insane, like, watching Wizzy tech chase sometimes makes me wonder if he’s even human. It may look boring but it is SO difficult. His punish game is virtually airtight, too, and you can see the intuition behind every part of a combo. Watching Wizzy’s combos literally teaches me flowcharts lol cuz everything is so optimized. I’m also a Falcon main so that’s why his playstyle is refreshing at least to me
