I agree. Live within my means, and it helps when I make a game out of it!

I haven't gotten my nails done in years! I started thinking of it as a waste of time because it was very expensive and took like half a day. I do get my hair done every other week but my hairdresser is my friend so I enjoy visiting with her and it's not expensive at all. (Around $20) I don't have a gym membership, I just exercise every day doing some type of exercise at home whether it is walking, running, floor exercises, planks, stretching, cleaning, etc. I soak my feet at home almost every night in Epsom salt/warm water and it's made a huge difference. I've started to be very aware of how much toilet paper I use, how many paper towels I use at one time, can I use a Tupperware instead of a plastic Ziploc? Things like that. I need to be more frugal with groceries, I definitely need to work on that. Do you have a video on frugal groceries/meals?

Good advice. I've never paid to get my nails done. I do my own. I don't have a gym membership. I bought a Total Gym it works great. My car is a 2012. It feels great not to have a car payment. There are so many ways to cut cost. These small changes add up. I like to go for walks in the park. It's fun to look for free or inexpensive things to do.

I can relate! My sweet daughter gave me a gift card for the one and only pedi that I've ever had. I enjoyed it bc it was time spent with her, but I would never pay for it.

I don’t know if you live near a Hannaford supermarket they have these haddock to go pieces of haddock in the fish section. All you do is heat them up 10 minutes on each side at 400° they’re so good and I’m sure you like baked haddock most people from my generation like baked haddock it’s so good right and it’s already has the coding on it so and some of them they range from 3 to 5 dollars. It’s perfect for a single person. I’ve been eating them lately. Oh my God every week I go there and like sometimes I only have like six in there in the bin so I’ll get like Three or four I put a few in the freezer and what I’ve been doing is out make some red potatoes I slice him I caught him with a little bit of oil and then I put this little seasoning on them and I bake them in the oven 10 minutes on each side just like the fish. They’re so good you don’t get fat because it’s more healthy. I’m just saying you know where you’re a single woman instead of making this big meal you know those things I love to make those because I don’t I work a lot of hours and I don’t have a lot of time to be making these gourmet meals and these haddock to go things are so good if you live near Hannaford, you should try them sometime. Thanks for all the tips. I am 57 and I live in Mas and I live alone so trying to be you know as frugal as I can

I think in situations like this, of course, spend a little money to get the help. No one should be or stay in pain.
@shahilagh

absolutely. but I don't find health insurance that is specifically for that. so u have to invest in lots of money to include little this too. so I rather pay for therapeutic massage which is a signifiant help for my living! ... still I stay in pain this however helps with relief @@simplycreativerobin
