I have ti eat gluten-free, so I love putting corn tortillas in the toaster just like toast, just a little, rotate 180 degrees, then a little more, and then the filling doesn’t fall out. Great video! ❤

@@DonnaJoseph-z9h may i suggest for an idea....just double the ingredients for 2 people. Maybe use a large saucepan or dutch oven. I am sure there will be left over's for another day's meal.
