I made this recipe, but i had add pineapple as well with the fruits, intially it tasted fine, but later on it tasted a bit bitter. Is it coz of the pineapple??

Don’t add pineapple when you make custard this way, it will turn bitter

Custard is too thick if you beat wipping cream and add to custard it will better tasting and right consistency
