Isn't there a new 2022 law in Los Angeles (in CA) that compost trash is not permitted in regular trash bins anymore according to the state democrat's new law that they enacted...but failed to provide CA citizens another color-coded trash bin to put it in...so what are we suppose to do? It seems to be in the right spot. (Gosh, I hope that the law enforcement officers and the clean up crew on the scene didn't put that bag in a regular trash bin, it they did then they are "guilty" of breaking a CA state law and need to be cited and if they don't pay the fine, be held accountable in a court of law)

Okay so you got like how many cops there five, six? Plus the two guys that are actually cleaning that up. So how much money was actually wasted on this pile of watermelon rinds? California is very wasteful, I used to live there for about 8 years. I live in Florida now and it is amazing. These dumbasses passed a law in California stating that you can't put compost material in regular trash bins anymore. They never provided a bin for the compost material so this is what people are doing to avoid a fine. 🥴🥴😂🤷‍♀️
