Interesting comment on Cogshall. I pick mine when they are red with a hint of yellow...fall off in the hand....at let ripen a day to yellow red and they are great. Maybe we just like that taste?

I love mango and I only grow Thai mango varieties except one that I don’t really know the name but it turns out to be very good one ! It’s so beautiful when they have colorful fruit hanging down touching the ground and it is the June ready for eating. Watching this presentation someday I would love to try the Coconut Cream! but I don’t have chicken manures?
