Weird question, but my Vietnamese husband sounds like he uses the word for Pineapple when he asks for a kiss…? Could you help me out with that? Thanks!

Hi there. Indeed! “Thơm” also refers to the action of kissing, often on the cheek

In Vietnam, there are 2 ways to name the fruit "pineapple" according to the South and the North. In the North, it is called dứa in the South, it is called thơm. " Thơm " also means " Dứa " fruit, not a kiss
