Not saying she is in any way right. But the kid isn't starving this is only back support owed to the state. I believe they said she had lost all rights and that's just arrearages and that's it. Imagine how these judges & lawyers think about these excuses after hearing them for 5-10-25+ years⁉️ We are all (mostly) new to seeing this many court cases; prior to Covid we COULD have gone to courtrooms to watch, but did not. Now they’re streamed and we’re all seeing the BS for ourselves, and we see that in almost every case, they have a job interview tomorrow, or start a new job on Monday, going into treatment/rehab on Friday, sick mom (aunt, grandpa, brother, etc) in the hospital, or they’re the only care giver looking after one of those, they were “on their way to make that payment”…. it’s ALWAYS “tomorrow”, it’s always they “just found out”, it’s always someone else’s fault! At this point, if I was ever in front of a judge and any of these scenarios were 100% TRUE for me, I wouldn’t even bother stating them. We know now that these judges have heard the same bullshit 1000 times. How any of them have ANY amount of empathy is beyond amazing, I’d be hitting the mute button every time and couldn’t handle 20 seconds of listening to them. Lol. Good thing I’m not a judge. A lot of them claim they "aren't sovereign citizens" now. They've learned that being given that label comes with a complete disregard for all their nonsense. They don't like it, so they switch to the national name. Eventually the cops will just start asking them if they're that instead, and then they'll have to think up some new name.
