Mudryk under him at Shaktar was a beast. Colwill and Caciedo too! Under Poch, Colwill, Caciedo & Enzo massively dropped off! The game has outgrown Poch who also could not even win anything with Spurs in his prime! I am more confident that Ange will win trophies in thesame number of years as Poch at Spurs. Poch is a decent coach. Can do a building job. But he will not win major trophies like the EPL & the UCL & DE Zerbi is some levels above him! De Zerbi only needs to be in a bigger club with quality players and financial backing & he is another Pep in the making!

Poch never wanted the Chelsea job. He wanted the Spurs job. When that didn't happen he then picked Chelsea. Poch wanted a way out got it. Signings were made when he was there and he had no say. He never was going to get a say in the transfers he knew this from the start. He left due to not wanting to be at the club. Chelsea has doged a bullet Poch was never going to win anything at Chelsea and prob would have gotten sacked next season
