Hi Kubeir! Thanks for the amazing news you keep bringing. 👏🏼Could you also do an info video on why Outland applicants are getting approved faster than Inland? It’s very unfair for those are genuinely here and are applying for PR. Outland applicants get approval in 2 to 5 months even now. But inland who had been here applied since last year are still waiting for more than 7 months. If the yearly cap is met, and they keep approving Outland applicants first then there will be less spots for approvals for the inland applications right? This isn’t fair for all the genuine applicants inside the country who worked and paid taxes and still have to wait for approval like we are criminals being investigated while Outland just stay there and they get their approval without doing anything for the country. And i don’t understand why IRCC can’t just process applications on a first come first serve basis. People who submit later get approval before people who had submitted earlier and had been waiting in line. It’s really sad.. I feel very sorry for all the good and genuine applicants out there.

New IELTS result was updated in your express entry profile and CRS fell down to 341. Will I remain eligible for the nomination approval?

It is happening in study permit extension as well. I have applied for extension within canada in October 2024, well before my initial study permit expires in december. Still I m waiting for any update in my account. While my other friends who applied after me already got their extension.

I work more for than 33 hours in a week and want to apply for express entry. IRCC processes application correctly, as Spousal PR sponsorship outside of Canada is 10 months. No Brain, The Spousal PR sponsorship outside of Canada are the applicant who did not change path from non complaint student visa or visitor holder. Indeed, The real applicants outside of Canada have to have priority, as their applications do not have shortcut intention.

This is not necessarily the case with a lot of applicants and hence this reason does not count. Also regardless the main crieria for spousal is to check genuineness of the relationship

@@AskKubeir The only genuineness of the relationship requirement for inside Canada applicants will change soon, as IRCC will be overwhelmed with Spousal PR sponsorship applicants inside of Canada. Do you know any man does not want a girlfriend/wife who obeys him fully and in return he rewards her Canadian PR? Who will pay health insurance and guarantee retirement and welfare cost of the individual who shortcuts EE requirements later?
