I'm so sorry, I know this is so difficult. I'm also on my recovery and it's really frustrating. I feel like it's just hard to get back full mobility and a smooth join after a surgery but I don't wanna give up because I'm still 20sth. I really hope you're doing better and well now! We've got this, thanks for sharing this. You're brave ❤

Hi Tiffany. How are you doing these days? Hope you are recovered. My god i can feel your frustration. Back in september an idiot hit me in traffic and almost killed me. I have had my acl and lcl reconstructed. In two parts though. Now i am 4 months in since my 2nd surgery and i still cannot walk properly without pain. Glad you went for a 2nd opinion. Greetings from Belgium

Thanks for sharing. Need to get back to my physical therapy at home but don't have dog buddies to cheer me on! Keep up the great work!

Hey hun a little late here. I had MPFL this past October about to reach 5 months post op. In regards to work I’m still out, when do you think I’d be able to go back? My job requires me being on my feet, lifting, squatting and being on my feet for the most part- I want to go back but I also don’t want to regret it if I’m not physically ready. Bending, squatting is really difficult for me and stairs are really hard as well. Thank you for your videos
