FRV. Arriva London Route 254. Holloway, Nags Head - Aldgate Stn. Enviro400 H City HA18 (LK65 BYU)

Todays video is an FRV on the Route 254 from Holloway, Nags Head to Aldgate. Due to a slight shortage of LTs at Ash Grove, HA17&18 have been kept as a spare and have been in use on the 254. These two will continue to appear on the Route until Ash Grove closes on the 24th February, so after that they’ll move to DX for the SL2 (I’m guessing). The driver confirmed with me that they’re going for the Superloop but I’m not sure if it’s more for SL1 or for the SL2. Anyways, I filmed the route now since I didn’t want an LT on the Route. The route was actually a very nice one, especially with the sun and decent sunset. It had a nice vibe to it and I think it looked cool. Without the Hackney traffic, the route isn’t that long so I’ll definitely recommend it. The first driver was very kind and let me on at the stands which was a W. Anyways I’d rate the Route a 7/10.

Used to Bus drive this route back in the day, was nice and chilled. After Hackney towards Aldgate was probably my least favorite bit of it.. also that Whitechapel curtailment could be a pain in the a** sometimes too but other than that, pretty straightforward route with under 5 turns in total. Nice video man!

if this route Terminated at Camden Town and Bank Station it would be better plus sending 253 to Oxford Circus and Hackney Wick because for some reason they took it from Euston to Mornington cressent well makes sence because from Euston you can just take 30 to Hackney Central instead so 254 253 and N253 should be extended
