My passengers seem to go into void after boarding on pmdg 738 :) They move along the corridor and they disappear afterwards. Shall I open the cockpit door for that?

@@captain6198 maybe try to uncheck and then Check again the aircraft selection in GSX Settings

Do you also use FSRealistic? I think they have a walking mode or something, I wonder if that'll be compatible with this

@@manusilverliner9399 apparently if you bought the plane from the msfs store you cant get the gsx passengers, so i was wondering if there was a way to refund or revert the purchase so that i buy it from the pmdg store instead

@@flux8937in the fsdt installer, go into config and in the bottom right there will be an option for passengers sitting in compatible planes. Either tick it or untick the option (I can’t remember what does what).
