This was really tough. Doing terrain in only 60 minutes and finishing a house. I honestly though I was going to shank it. Great role play opportunity as a real estate developer. I just hate the stigma around real estate development!

I absolutely hate it. Lived here my entire life and areas that were once peaceful land is now stock full of strip malls and subdivisions everywhere! And don't get me started on roundabouts.

My little rural area has one of these real estate greedy morons. He drives a blue Tundra though. So a few years ago, homes around here were $80,000-$160,000 and now that this scumbag has bought about 70% of the property out here, nobody can afford anything anymore. He's raised everyone's rent from $400-$600/month to over $1400+/month and has gone full slumlord mode. Refuses to repair or upgrade anything. He's single handedly destroyed hundreds of lives. Luckily we bought our house before this guy came around, we've more than doubled in value I 3 years, unfortunately, nobody can afford to pay what it's worth now. 😪 people have started to band together and refuse to sell to this guy, sadly it's too late because he already owns most of the area. We've all had town hall meetings to discuss our options and sadly, trash like this guy can face zero consequences from his actions. I can see the values here declining to a point where everyone loses their @$$ in a few years. Your opener hit a nerve lol, sorry for the rant. But thanks for another great video. Where's the farm the map series headed?

Sorry, didn't mean to give you bad vibes :-) But I hate the concept too. I'm sure there are some good ones out there. But my experience is they all think they are doing the lords work by building "affordable homes" What was once beautiful farm land... Is now stacked side-by-side with vinyl siding homes. As far as the farm series? I'm still actively working on Meadowlands. In the dead of winter I feel like I can't start planting :-)
