This is absolutely amazing, I grow both egg chickens and meat chickens (broilers) and the accuracy of the processing of the meat chickens is spot on for how it's done in real life. I don't process mine myself as I am not able to sell without a provincial inspector and approved facility, but I know the process very well. The only thing different is I raise mine on pasture where they eat grass and weeds and bugs and are moved to fresh pasture regularly, which makes them taste a lot better in my opinion, plus the bonus that they will consume less feed that way as well. I can't wait to play this.

This is great job at bringing reality to a sim game, A+++ job. Yes, this is how your chicken from Wal-Mart and McDonalds are done also and not some magical factory that magically makes meat.

i just downloaded the HB map looking forward to playing it just working out what production to start first for money wise i like the way there is so much live interaction with production it is cool

I have a problem with filling the bottles beer (ver. 1.4.0.0). Everything works, but the beer crates do not spawn, they just appear against the wall as an inactive object. Is this an error or has something changed in filling the bottles?

I would assume that not enough has been produced to spawn a full pallet and what you see is just a representation of the pallet. I wont be able to run beer until next year since I have no barley to harvest starting out.

@@FarmerKlein Thank you for your answer. I forgot to write that I do not pour beer on pallets, only into crates. And it worked fine in version 1.3. The boxes spawned on the opposite side of the conveyor belt. If I changed production to pallets, until the pallet was full, the boxes would appear as inactive objects right next to the conveyor belt. The problem is that in version 1.4, no matter whether I select pallets or crates, it always behaves as if I had selected pallets (crates do not spawn on the floor as an active element). I turned off all mods (except the necessary ones), I tried a new save and it's the same.

@@zoki7504 I would suggest checking the forums at lsfarming-mods.com and see if there is any info or maybe post your experence there. Due note they like things posted in german so I would use google translate or something if your not able to type in german like me.

So I was doing it right. I got to have a mod conflict then cause the processed chicken pallets aren’t spawning and have 180 liters so should have spawned a couple a couple pallets by now.

Yep. I used Easy Dev Controls to fill up the output of phase 4 so I could get the things to spawn. I had 20L or so of chickens and didnt know what was going on and thought I pulled them out back into those red trays but when I filled them up I saw them spawn pallets which helped explain why I was not seeing anything but if you have 180 then something is causing them to not spawn. maybe something in the spawn location or a mod that affects production. I know production revamp can cause things to misbehave or at least it used to.

⁠@@FarmerKleinyea I’m gonna try to figure it out. I don’t think I have production revamp on but I’m gonna go back through and look at mods. Are you playing with all the base game dlc stuff active may try and turn those off as well. Basically anything that has to do with a pallet and slowly turn them back on. Thought I had everything off tho. That pallet is literally the only One that’s not spawning. Everything else is working great.

@@landonmauldin42 for these videos I am using all the DLC and official addons plus the mods included with the download and my normal map review mod set. It's a very limited set of mods.

Its called gamification. If it was a hard core simulator then it would not have the apeal it has. Some things become overly simplified for the sake of making it more accessible to the casual player or some things just happen because of how the game is designed on the back end. A single animal does not reproduce on its own yet in the game this happens. Thru editing you can make them not reproduce or make the periods so long they never will get to that point if its that big of a deal.
