Fahad bhai, if he is saying the one hand is equal to four inches and he is saying 16 hands. In a layman laungauage it is 64 inch which I doubt. They need to be measured from the ground to the top of her withers. And you are master in it measuring Hathi

Actually,he is not pronouncing the words forcefully.his pronunciation style is such.he has some problems in his vocal and pronouncing system.if he speaks in hindi,then also some sort of akwardness in his pronunciation may be felt by the listeners.actually, he is not a good,symphonic speaker.
