It's really a great relief that an experienced airliner pilot claims he is not intended to fly GA ever again. All I can hear of is this MASSIVE love of airliner pilots of flying small planes, and I was always like: yeah cool and all, but my biggest dream is huge birds, with hundreds of people behind me, I always felt like an outcast because of that. My only beloved small plane is the Vision Jet, because that bird is just a shiny flying modern car, but other than that my 99% of sim time are airliners, with like 90% the A320 family.

Do NOT show people the loading screen movie, we already have PTSD because of it.

Career works fine.. I'm lvl 60+, regularly delivering cargo with my very own Cessna 172 - way to make most money is to fly your own plane. A little tip: DO NOT SELL YOUR FIRST PLANE! I got mine for 40k or so, and then i saw i could sell it for 170k! And I did! Soon I regretted it. It's like a first-plane discount or something... But I got back on track and bought a new one. Now can get 150k credits per flight and now I'm saving up for a bigger Cessna.... More cargo, longer range, more money. For a passenger airline, the only aircraft available is the B737... I cant get my phoenix in there :( but that is the ultimate goal! That and the Beluga, which is about 400 million credits. Takes few flights to get you going, and a few more to save up for your first plane. I recommend cargo flights - I hate the AI voices and I presume that's the longest flights and most money, per flight. Do NOT skip things, as not-skipping bonus is really worth it. But aim to get your own plane, and with a flight or two you should be able to afford ALL certifications, easily... Specializations, however, take some time and flights. Crashing with your own plane can be... detrimental. Be careful! Try not to damage it either, for a high repair bill can void your profits. Fly safe team!

i love being penalized for crossing the hold short line because the sim is telling me to
@ogaduby12 күн бұрын
@@sgtjonzo yeah, there are some funny bugs still present, but nothing game breaking. errors like those prevent you from keeping the S and even the A grade, but there's profit and xp goes up... most bugs are tolerable for a new game, but some are not so much.. like crashing into air, on a taxiway - mission failed. rep drops from A to C... but thats it.

There's a setting in the general options to put the mouse on "Legacy mode". That mode lets you push and pull everything as you used to do in 2020. It has nothing to do with mouse bindings. Hope that helps. Greetings ;)

That effing new mode whenever they call it should go away, what’s the point of that crap?

I mentioned when you record your videos, there is some "buzzzzz" sound from your microphone I guess, feels like the sound is buzzing

I have a fear they will leave it like this, after only one or two patches fixing 'some' of the ctd's. I was surprised there's no patch until dec 9th. I'd be pushing those ctd fixes fast and HOT (they claim to be doing that on the back end) Anyways I hope it doesn't end up like FSX with the community left 'trying' to fix it for the next 6-10 years. I don't think we even can this time, since the game is streamed.

There is no faster path to a product that pleases than to get that product into the hands of the users. It is much easier to find and fix problems that to deliver problem free. You want problem free ? Than be prepared to wait another year of so with nothing new. Employers always want the guy who makes mistakes over the perfectionist. The perfectionist is as slow as molasses but never makes a mistake. Give me the mistake prone guy any day. That is now you get things done.

I get your point, but developers need to be careful. The Aerosoft A330 is an example of how a poor product can completely destroy a company's reputation. Customers are a lot more critical these days and through social media bad reviews spread very quickly.

I will stick with 2020. 2024 sounds far too complicated. There is no use releasing a product that is only half baked.

Good way to make quick money though, no one has had issues making the purchase as far as I know!
