Yes, it's confirmed multi languages for all regions. You can change it when you boot the game for the first time or in the game's settings.

Will I have problems if i buy asian or JP edition and want to play it in my country in Europe ? I see a sticker on the game saying there is a voucher for DLC. Will it be a problem for the DLC ?

​@@cumulonimbus2533 the game itself is region-free, but the DLC code is region locked, so you can't redeem the code from different regions. Good news is that you can play the game with DLC applied with your EU account providing that you redeemed the code using the Asian account.
