When the ceremony transferred outside and continued under a temporary tent, the Master of Ceremony (MC) should've instructed that all top-wears (shirts, t-shirts, etc) be removed... and also a temporary mid-post needed to be erected where the MOC usually stand and monitor the ceremonial activity. This is adhering to the cultural tradition of Pohnpei Sarawih.
