i agree with James. I live in Jacksonville and has done pools in Queens Harbor and alot of Big 10 residence have vacation home inside of there and throughout Jacksonville like Marshlanding, but Florida is a retirement state so the snowbirds are everywhere in this state. Example when Miami Heat play the Nicks in Miami that games is filled with Nicks fan.

The current contract with ESPN has that ACC has to have min 15 teams. That is why the ACC added SMU, Cal and Stanford. ND pushed to bring in Stanford.
