I’ve been looking at some of the student apartments in the area. Is the price listed (ie: $759 for 4 bedroom 4 bath) is that per person, or is that the price for the unit & split between the 4 people?

Queen Manni Hadi it’s usually per bedroom but they’re are a lot of cheaper places than 759 they’re a little bit further from campus tho ,but renting an actual house with friends is cheaper all around.

I’m moving down there next semester. I’m debating whether to live on campus first, meet people & get a job, or just move right into an apartment to save money. All the KZbin videos said that living off campus is a lot cheaper. I’m just trying to get it together by January😭

As a freshman of FSU is it required to live in housing on campus? Like what are the options?

Im a student at FSU now, and you don't have to live on campus if you don't want to. I lived in a dorm my freshman year and I would recommend it. I lived in a double suite, which is the standard dorm style (2 rooms with 2 people each connected by a bathroom). Sharing a room with someone else was not always easy, but my whole suite got along really well even though none of us knew each other beforehand. Living on campus is actually a lot less expensive than living off campus, unless you have a car and are willing to drive pretty far off campus to get a less expensive apartment. Plus it's nice that you don't have to sign an annual lease for the dorm, so you can go home for the summer without worrying about paying rent. Definitely look on the FSU housing website for all the options. I lived in Gilchrist hall and although it was one of the older ones, I loved it. I met so many great people because I lived in a dorm, and it's amazing not to have to drive or walk a mile to get to your classes everyday!
