I know that guy! hahaha. Thanks for the chat dude. it was great to finally have good enough conditions to be able to talk on my barefoot setup. That station looks AWESOME now with how you have everything set up. You just need a few Ferrari and 80's skateboarding posters to complete the retro look.

Well, study up and get your amateur radio license, and you'll know how to use it by the time you pass the test. If you get licensed I would be more than happy to assist you in any way possible on setting it up for sure as would many others on the channel. You don't need a license to listen on it and you can very easily plug the radio in and build yourself a homemade antenna and tune around the bands and see if the radio even works it quite possibly might not work I don't know who you bought it from or what the condition it was in when you bought it but you should definitely take it out of the box and check it out and report back and let us know and we would be more than happy to help you get that thing on the air
