FTE Calculation & Manpower Calculation | WFM |

In this video , I have tried to explain you about Manpower calculation with manual method for inbound process and FTE calculation with manual method for outbound or back-end process. Here I told in brief about it’s components and formula calculation. If you are applying in WFM or MIS or Operation in any company this can be ask to you in interview or already working in MIS/WFM/Ops team then it will also help you for your working and growth through IJP-Internal Job Promotion.

Hi, if you could please elobrate on the calculation part of (1-24%) in detail, because when i take simply 24% the result is different and when I do (1-24%) then headcount is different, what is the logic behind this ? Why are we not doing simple 24% , why 1-24% ?

In mis we do reverse calculations for accurate figures.

Bro 1 means 100, in excel when you will calculate % then you can calculate (1-24%) or you can (100-24%)

When we cal Shrinkage in Inbound we used /(1-23%) but when we use att for outbound process why we used *10% why we not use /(1-10%) here

We can't do 1-10 %, because it's results as 90%, that will be incorrect.

If you will do it without minus 1 , you will get the calculation of present/active people details but we have to find the number of not present/active people.

We also have to include shrinkage numbers on adding values (15.19) , retry on said formula you will get results
