@TruthTriumphs7774 жыл бұрын
Naseer had mentioned that Alkazi wasn't interested in acting which was the soul of NSD. He was more into the costume, design and in making glamorous locations and sets. That is the reason why most actors felt lost and hopeless after they passed out of the NSD.

Naseer said that naseer give credit to himself for acting not to Ibrahim elkazi,for stage setting,theater knowledge and other things he give credit to Ibrahim elkazi which i think naseer is right their... And plus naseer compared the work of Ibrahim elkazi and satyadev dubey,naseer mentioned theater work by satydev dubey is simple ,whereas by Ibrahim elkazi's theater work is decorated and done in western style.what I feel ,whether it is simple work ,or somebody's simple personality,if it lacks elegance,then I find that simplicity unattractive.....it is good to be simple ,but to make a unique identity or a position,one need a elegance.....what I imagine, might be satyadev dubeys work is simple but lacks elegance, whereas work by Ibrahim elkazi might be western style but must be elegant.and plus naseer said that the NSD staff who get appointed after Ibrahim elkazi tried to copy him but can't match their work effort and hard work =to Ibrahim elkazi And I find naseer exactly right where he said their should be regional drama school instead of national drama school bcoz students in nsd are from different origin and struggle to speak in hindi which creates hurdle further in their lessons.
@AjeetSingh-uj4tk3 жыл бұрын
that was Naseer's personal opinion. But in his tenure NSD reached its zenith. Om puri, Manohar Singh, naseer, annu kapoor, pankaj kpr , govind namdeo, surekha seekri, mk raina, kk raina, raghuveer yadav were mentored by mr alkazi

Why would he want to do that? He's an Indian born to the soil. Why would he want to leave a vibrant country like India which has the finest culture, literature, arts, poetry and a colourful life and go a fanatic totalitarian regime!! Bit stupid to fathom to ask that question if you ask me.
