Today on detransjoy, we like to bring some further awareness of what early detransition may look like for some survivors of Gender Affirming Healthcare. So, far we have mostly been focusing on permanent physical changes but there are also some other “side effects” a detransitioner may also have to deal with.
In this segment, we also discuss how testosterone causes facial and body hair with females. When a female stops testosterone, this facial or body hair will not go away completely.

It's heartbreaking that just a year of testosterone can create a decade of trauma. It's such a fast and short timeline to have permanent change on the body. But many people are suffering with the similar regrets about their transitions. I'm glad that you're giving a voice to this. I hope you stay strong!

@BellaAnderson-o11o1o Hi friend ❤️. Thank you so much for stopping by. Yes, these changes that go on with testosterone are most majorly seen in the first year. Then, if a female stays on this drug for more 2 years facial structure changes will occur and it will almost be impossible to truly be recognized as a woman again. It is beyond heart breaking for me and I know you too. Keep speaking up. The world needs to hear your voice.
