Dante is cracking me up in this video. I'm sorry that happened to you. I know you said people would comment with that exact thing, but I am! I think you handled it well. It's sad when adults behave that way, you're right. People are just so simple minded, it's disgusting. I am trying my hardest to teach my son to accept everyone. And he does- he doesn't care if you're black, white, male, female, or anything in between. He loves people for them, and I hope to continue to foster that behavior.
