I'm Hannah, from London UK and I started my trading journey back in January 2018 when I was in my second year of university. I started documenting for fun and to share true insights of someone learning to trade back in July 2018 - when this KZbin channel was created. I think this worth noting: What I find is if I stare at a chart too long I start to see setups that aren't really there. Or more likely I will see second rate setups and reclassify them as good setups in my mind. First-rate setups are the ones that clearly jump out at me.

Hi Hanna, Thanks for sharing. It's always nice to see fellow traders. If you wouldn't mind, I have one recommendation to help you keep some more of your hard-earned profits: I'd highly recommend re-evaluating your take profit strategy by having a rolling Mark to Market (MTM) drawdown stop. If you don't already know what MTM is: just means your marker from the opening of your trade, to the current value of your trade (intuition = Mark of the Entry to the Market Price). The idea with MTM is to have a stop loss that can be a fixed stop @ some price (as it seems you currently use), as well as, a percentage of drawdown from the MTM you currently gained. In the video, you were up 40 basis points, and it seemed you had hit your planned TP level as the price was breaking out of the light grey area to the downside. That's when you would activate a MTM stop-loss; for example, once you hit the planned TP, you activate a 10% (or some other %) MTM stop loss. This means if the trade gives back 5 pips of 40 pips profit, (or some other criteria - maybe 50%) then you close the trade. This would keep you from giving back profits. This trade gave back 66% profits which seems not ideal since the overall trade was over 12 hours long. Just something to maybe consider. Overall great job. Thanks for sharing.
