Hi Joy, As a Client, meaning you are initiating the file transfer using a protocol like SFTP, there’s no IP filtering on your side. The server that you are connecting to must allow you to access them via the protocol, the port number, profile password and/or key. The whitelist applies to the server (service) side to control the user’s connection to them. The IP filter can be used to indicate which IP addresses are allowed or restricted when the Web User connects to GoAnywhere be define a Black or White list filter.
