I like to think about 86 as a sleek and sexy car. Therefore not a big fan of wide body kits. This is the case where less is more. Some of the lip kits and reworked details on those cars were hot!

I totally agree. It takes away from the simple and sexy lines stock form. Also the wings are unnecessary as well. All u need is nice paint job, nice wheel set up and stance, and your all set. But I get it, it’s a car show. This is where u supposed to go all out.

@@babyyoda1462 stating msrp- car-30k widebody kit 9-10k coilovers - 2500 exhaust - 1500 + - ( depends if you want to replace every pipe, wich would be a good ide in a turbo setup turbo kit- 4500 ( price for current gen not released yet, last gen turbo kit is going for 4500) extra bits- 4k ( maybe more if you want to build the engine, wich you would want to do one day anyway)

Why did it take Toyota so long to create a '86 racing series? We should be in at least year 5 of that series by now. Look at the success of the Miata/Mx-5 cup. You'd think Toyota would have wanted that publicity years ago. Also, can't anyone do a car w/o white or black wheels?
