Her cheekbones were not nonexistent, in some pictures they look to be but in other pictures you can see she’s always had defined cheekbones. I’d estimate her BMI before was like 21-22, she was skinny but not model skinny. Now she’s definitely underweight, like a 17 BMI at most. So of course her face looks a lot skinnier.

I know that Bella looks a lot like Carla Bruni but honestly as a person who has gotten plastic surgery ... it is essentially impossible to ask your plastic surgeon to make you look like someone if you don’t already have some similar features. Not everyone who gets a nose job and a fox eye and loses weight is gonna look like Carla. I think that Bella owes a lot to plastic surgery, but I don’t think that they actively were trying to make her look like anyone, cause again unless you were born with some of the right traits- it would just be impossible. Ps: if ur planning on getting plastic surgery and ur surgeon tells u that they can make u look like a celebrity - get a different surgeon

I’ve gotten lip filler before and requested that myself, it creates for a more pouty look and it’s great if you wanna add more lengthening to your face. There’s nothing wrong with plastic surgery but it’s unethical and just insulting to lie and say it was all “puberty”. Not to mention how awkward it is that she basically had Carla’s face copy/pasted onto hers.
