Hey buddy , This is awesome that you getting your daughter in to the hobby for sure . The younger they start the better , so many benefits of this , bonding , hand to eye coordination , wildlife , outdoors i could go on . As for the truck its a super compelling purchase and the price it sits at is not to be sniffed at . So many features that with other brands you would pay a fortune for . Looking good so far, a little extra weight in the wheels and a decent esc and she's be keeping up with you no problem

Exactly what I’m thinking , I’ve seen the IDST70 esc for her , a friend of mine had one in his SCX10 and works great and very reasonably priced .

Hey dude ! , Thanks for watching hope that your well , yeah hoping to make some changes , ive noticed that the main thing thats holding this back is the lack of low down modulation coming from the esc so im planning either fitting a IDST70 or Hobbywing 1080 in there . As for wheels and tires im going to see how these hold out for now as i think a set of deepwoods might do the trick . Stay awesome Chris :)

Hello Chris, looks good,, not sure crawling is for me although my son has an aUSTAR 8560 (Cheap crawler I bought for him) and he loves it, he likes to set cones out and make a track, he spends a lot of time on it which is great. He spends equally as much time with his HBX 2996a which is a great, budget truck for bashing. Nice video, lovely part of the world,.

Hey Chris, yep son has a lot of passion for the hobby,,, his desire to bash has meant some fixing time for me but that's ok. For myself I was contemplating the MT8 after your review but in the end I picked up a crazy deal on a less than 1 year old Aarma Big Rock 3s BLX with spare body shell, battery and upgraded Aarma shocks so all good.. It absolutely terrified me at 100% with a Zees 3s , 80c battery, so turned it down to 75% which is still a handful for me but such fun, can't stop smiling..
