Regarding the ships involving arthur (the character), the only thing that is confirmed is that he had a crush on his teenage babysitter.

​@DodgeXIsAwsome I would know, when I moved, my Dad told me the cable company in the area was different, and, thus, it needed to be disconnected, the truth was, my Mom was, dirt-cheap, and, despite, being one of the few families with two parents that worked, she wouldn't pay for it because our tv worked without it, after we left, because of this, I missed Nickelodeon's entire, Golden Age, everybody else I knew had it, even people who were, definitely, stealing it, PBS, and, football, were free, so, I was out of luck, eventually, I moved, again, this tv needed cable to work, but, the damage was done, withholding cable because you only watch free tv, is financial abuse, worst of all, to this day, she still says that she never did it, absolutely unforgivable.
