My ball lighting won't proc on boss fights anymore for some reason and I haven't changed anything. Any ideas? It was working fine yesterday but not today. I spammed lighting rod on the boss and not one proc from cast on shock and it was active.

@@AdrianDWolfe hands of wisdom is what helped me at first to get a good jump in dps after reaching 20k. Then getting a really solid quiver plus jewels with quiver bonus adds big chunks to damage after each addition. I used to ignore 2 of the jewel passive nodes from his previous build in favor of other damage/survivability nodes but realized those jewles really make a big difference especially as you scale up in damage. I actually haven't updated my bow in a few days but I don't think it's worth upgrading to the next tier bow for what they cost. My quiver actually costs more than my bow but its absolutely worth it to go hard on the quiver as long as you get those jewels. Going to wait and see if there's any nerfs coming for my next big upgrades though

I made a guide following your budget version with a few tweaks, gets really high es. Your adorned build can also take advantage of controlled metamorphosis, put it between lightning rod and authority and it will save you 6 points.

love this build! thanks for showcase. I used “Against the Darkness with Spirit/Damage as Extra Cold”, but it was tough to deal with enemies that had resistance to freezing. It seems that the enemies in the simulacrum also have resistance to Herald(?), so it was tough for me. Maybe if I had a mirror bow and quiver, I could deal enough damage.

Hey Fub, one tip to you. U can use a Jewel, Controlled Metamorphosis with "medium-small rings" (it's working for the big ones) bellow the Authority and this can save u 6 points. Can get Authority and Lightning Rod without the small passives.

i actually ended up being able to try this build (not as much dmg) and for bossing it absolutely shreds, but it feels that compared to some of your earlier iterations, the clear speed for mapping seemed... slower? Yellows get shredded a lot faster, but it seems that explosions weren't nearly as big as it was before which i think is leading to slower clear speed and I am using the Doomsayer annointment & tree looks exactly the same... Is that due to a lack of cold damage or is that the tradeoff for boss damage?

For a cheap version of this MF build I still went straight for mind over matter took rings with mana and life kept my helmet so i have no res issue (i have 2k3 health and 2k mana + 1k es) using life tape on my lightning arrow + a cannibalism gem on a mana remanent. And using the mana flask to be an instant heal because i had some issues either dps either lack of es lack of resistances or mana issue it solved them and i don't get randomly one tap dashing into multi layered explosion on the floor (either baited think it was my headhunter or PC becoming laggy with too much shit happening). Even not using an adorned or the very expensiv jewels (filled with 2/3 divs + bow equip 13+ mini) my dps went up and i don't have any issues for not having a very optimised gear.

@@nebesky2 If you don't have temporalis and you really want to get tanky for cheap go for a grant regalia with elemental resistances + rarity/spirit or anything that can suit you. it would cost 1/2 divine if you don't take the %attributes can be good if you lack some damage and go for higher damage rings/rarity

I'm interested because I grabbed a temporalis when they were cheap but don't have enough to run an adorned setup atm but want to run temporalis without being super squishy.

I had started using Bow Shot for clearing since it triggers the Herald chain as well. More out of necessity since my invoker, with 250 spirit, is using 7 spirit skills and only has enough sockets for my single target setup... Thank you for preaching ele dmg with weapons over Iron Runes. Iron runes are hardly ever the answer with howa.

How much damage does my bow shot need to have higher than the lightning arrow to be viable? Both on lv 28 my bow shot does around 95k while my lightning does 75k. Is it already worth it? I already avoid ailment threshold maps, should I avoid maps with monster res too from now on?

Honestly, bow shot is more damage even for me with about 50k unbuffed tooltip dps. ive been runnign it now and it performs well tbh, as you say, all the clear is from heralds.

Your latest update on mobalytics drops Force of Nature and Emboldened Avatar in favor of Frazzled. I guess that much penetration isn't needed and the shock effect is a proper multiplier? In that guess would Pressure Points be 100% necessary even with as extra cold Against the Darkness and Warding Potions and Altered Brain Chemistry picked up?

Can you make a 20-ish divine build? I know your target audience are endgame players with decent currency in their stash, but many of us are endgame players that even with high quant / rarity are not getting anywhere close to afford these builds, so something cheaper would be a blessing. Thank you for the vids man, managed to make my endgame build quite nice (albeit not fully being able to follow your older build guide due to currency restrictions).

@@dariuselijah9277 Deadeye by its nature is a glass tank. He has a tank version of the build but the DPS is lower. Its just kinda the way it is, if u want insane damage and tank then its very expensive. But, if you transition super early to Mind over matter ES then you are missing alot of damage typically.

@ARPGmaniac honestly i think that s the exact reason why it is goong to be nerfed 100%. If we are playing the same game you recognize that bossing is just 5% of the gameplay and it s pretty meme as well. Wave clear and speed is everything, and that is almost all in the hands of chained aoe explosions caused mainly by heralds. Heralds are just too strong in every single build and it s really healthy for the game if they get nerfed imho. More diversity.

Switched to Mf temporalis version yesterday, without olroth resolve im dying more ofter than on preveous endgame evasion based version, but speed is insane. The main issue with this build - my eyes getting tired after just a few maps, im just feeling how it starts hurting and watering. It was never the issue on preveous versions. Anyone feel same?

Also i dont know why, but overall i feel faster and safer on preveous endgame version of build. On endgame version i almost never die and with 60% movement speed i feel faster on most maps (any close spaces maps). I have strong wish to reroll back on it, but i have feeling that maybe im missing something on temporalis build? Temporalis build feel better on huge open spaces maps only for me

What would you recommend using instead for single target? I know Snipe is pretty good but for that you would need to invest in more crit dmg and Frenzy charges for Barrage, and I don’t know how well that would synergize with your skill tree

excellent build, just one question : I haven't seen you (or other good PoE players, for that matter) die much due to monster on-death effects, ground effects etc. ; currently this is my main problem with PoE2, it takes me like 1 day to progress from 1 level to another after level 80 ; been looking a little and I can't identify why that is based on your equipment and Tree. Anything obvious that I'm missing?

This build probably stacks all the most broken mechanic of EA all in a single character. It feels gross yet it's pretty remarkable TBH. There's everything, broken ES tree scaling, double ES globes, double mana globes, MoM, heralds, broken flasks... all working in tandems.

I think I'm definitely misunderstanding some things about the build. I am new but with around 140 divine of gear with your build and guide, reading it meticulously I could not 1 shot bosses for the life of me with a 450 dps dualstring and very optimal gear. I switched to crit and instantly started 1 shotting everything. how is crit worse? I'm sure you know better with all of your time in this game and my only about 350 hours in poe 2 and none in poe total but I want to make it work but couldn't figure out how. Also wanted to say I do like and appreciate the guides!

Your crit gear was probably just better. You can check my old videos, I was one phasing pinnacle bosses very early on. (probably equal to 140 divines of today in gear). The problem with crit, you're using 15-20 passive points and a bow suffix, even with all of that investment you end up at around 40-50% crit. I've seen multi-mirror crit builds, their dps is around 60% of mine. Also one massive downside of crit is crit reduction maps, which is extremely common in path of exile, (i'd say around 20% of your 6 mod maps have this). And doing this modifier, just makes your build do way less dmg then that of a non-crit build.

VIDEO SUGGESTION! When Path of Exile 2 BUILDING comes out, make comparisons of weapons, rings... for example! What would be better on a ring, flat physical or 25% cold damage (considering a physical-to-cold conversion in a skill)? Or compare weapons, DPS / SKILL LEVEL / 100% ELEMENTAL ATTACK. Honestly, I study the game, I'm making an effort to understand everything I can from the outside, but it's really complex to know what’s good or not for my build without having the item in hand. The corrupted jewels with the unique jewel "The Adorned Diamond". Each jewel has 4% attack speed, doubled from adorned, count his jewel slots, plus gloves and other AS modifiers

what's better on a bow, high phys dmg or +5 to skills? (I know both is better, but if you have to chose). I crafted a wonderful bow with every good stat except +% phys dmg, it's like 50 or something, and every other stat is good. But then I found another bow with 150% phys without +5, and it shows that my skills do more dmg now. Is it correct? More phys dmg is that much better?

@@mrdisem It's kinda like you're coming into the kitchen and asking "What's better, hot or cold?". The answer depends on like at least 5 different other stats. 1. What skill are you using and how much does it scale with levels? (go to poe2db and find out) 2. How much Flat damage do you have from other pieces? If you have low flat damage, added levels only scale that bad damage a little better, so it's never going to be worth 3. Is the flat damage something you're scaling on the tree? Most bonuses are "attacks" meaning they apply to both but it could be the difference maker if you're specced into lightning nodes and you have flat lightning damage for example. 4. What kind of damage do you have on your bow in general? Again, low base damage means the levels don't do much etc etc

No easy way until they update the search function. What you can do is load the max number on the search by scrolling down until it stops, then use your web browsers search feature to find what you want. If you know the rough cost range of what you are looking for it gets easier, just keep narrowing your search through cost.
