@RationallySkeptical
@RationallySkeptical 4 жыл бұрын
No. This won't help - take it from someone else with small hands. The problem is the length and width of the cards, not the height of the stack. All you're doing is making yourself learn the thing twice because after learning it with a half deck, the muscle memory wont be the same as with a full deck, so you're adding on needless hours of relearning muscle memory, and for nothing - since like I said, for small hands, the problem is the length and width of the cards, not the depth of the stack. Bridge cards are are cpl mm thinner than standard poker sized decks. If you REALLY need less cards, a bridge deck is the way to go, not by using fewer cards.

I’m seven months later, but I agree wholeheartedly! As I watched I was wishing the packs were lettered or numbered, or even outlined with different colors via editing. Great tutorial and I appreciate the encouragement! It was especially nice when you said that dropping all the cards was something that HAD to happen as part of the process.

Practice is a big part of life. I learned this skateboarding growing up. Took my 9 months to kickflip. Spent weeks and weeks not even getting close to a kickflip. When you are constantly met with failure, you are brought to a point where you either buckle down and get serious or you walk away a quitter.

Way to slow when doing steps. I would always be on a step and waiting for you to do the next step when you start going off topic about the steps and explain you should practice going slow or something about "when I first learned this" and than I would drop the cards trying to skip forward a bit and have to restart. If you could just constantly do the steps and not talk about tips during it it would make it way better.
@Fubuki43
@Fubuki43 6 жыл бұрын
My goal was to clearly show the steps and show exactly when each finger would have to be used. I made the video, because when I was learning the Sybil Cut, I was trying to follow the steps, but every Sybil Cut video showed how to do it, but none of them really explained it. You can use the last part of the video to 'follow along', but other than that the video has explanations for each step for those who are trying to learn how to do it ^_^
