I guess pakistani audience should really give chance to Regional Indian cinema (Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu etc) and be aware of the fact that Indian Cinema doesn't just comprises Hindi/Bollywood movies only, with the OTT boom it is now much more than that.

Indian audience should watch Pakistani dramas of the 50s/60s/70s/80s/90s. The range of characters, powerful writing, performances and direction will be a revelation for them about the real meaning of an Urdu drama.

@@basmahriaz4349 I agree and yes Shalimar Recordings YT Channel is doing amazing job by archiving, We have watched Sitara-Mehrunisa, Dasht, Nijaat, Aanch , Dhoop Kinare , Alpha Bravo Charlie and many more. Even Indian TV was pretty good in 80's and 90's (It's Trash Now). But we have to admit that all these talks are in Past Tense.. if we keep dwelling on past and living in constant nostalgia then I guess Cake, Kamli, Joyland, Manto, Churails, Mrs and Mr Shameem, etc. will never make it to the Mainstream Pakistani Cinema. Rest , each one is entitled to their opinions and God Bless All. Indians have Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5 and all other OTT where exceptional writers and daring directors are ready to tell all kind of stories and viewership is also penetrating at mass level.
