If I were to nitpick, I guess the vent tube would capture some fuel if you went upside down and dump it out once right side up(wouldn't be much) - but that's about the only thing I can come up with LOL. Even then, just running a hose from the end of the vent tube up the side of the fuel cell would take care of that. Nice design, I think I'll have to steal that one! Another basic fuel system tip is avoiding tight angles like street-90° fittings where possible, that's an easy way to reduce restrictions by just planning ahead. I dig the ported feed fitting, anything with flow can benefit from some basic porting.

Thanks for comments. I did a bit of testing before I actually went to this set up. I found that even with a regular rollover vent you would get a little shot of fuel come out before the ball seated. It really wasn’t much difference from what you get with this set up and like you said it wasn’t much. I also can’t take any credit for the design, found it on Yellowbullet lol!

Getting all my parts to build, mount, and plumb my coolant, fuel, and intercooler tank set up/systems in my project and pretty much got the idea just from your explanations in this video for the fuel cell mods but just out of curiosity did/have you made a separate video on it? And also does it not leak any fuel from acceleration/deceleration ? Like sloshing

Nice, glad the videos helped. Unfortunately I only made the one video on the fuel cell stuff and no I haven’t had any issues with sloshing or anything like that. It has worked great for me
